Tai Chi is a healing modality for everyone; from the children to the elders. 

The essential principles include mind integrated with the body; control of movements and breathing; generating internal energy, mindfulness, song (loosening) and jing (serenity). The ultimate purpose of tai chi is cultivate the qi or life energy within us to flow smoothly and powerfully throughout the body.

We had the pleasure to deep dive into Tai Chi with Grand Master Abdul Musawwir through his group classes in the Bronx and Harlem and at World Tai Chi day, where masters and students alike all around the world gather to practice together beginning at 10am in their respective time zones.
